If it's legitimate, World remit works well on all banks. Transfast too works well but limited only to Access bank.

Use World remit in any bank or transfast for Access bank. It goes directly to your account. Just bank details needed from the sender.

I use it about 2 or 3 times a month.
Your have to go through a registration process (Govt issued id, documented address , and debit card - send the info through the app), but once done, it is good.

Then you just add the Nigerian bank account number you want to send money and how much you want to send. You can even save that information in the app if you think you will be sending to that account many times.

And the main thing I like about it is that, even though it ask for permission to pull contact names from you address book, if you say "No", the app still continues to work. ( I am a tech guy and I see many app that will just break down if you deny certain permission which should not be central to the app)

The rate provided is better than all of the other online ways to send money. (Do not just look at the headline rate, factor in all fees and additional charges).


... and Full disclosure, I am not an employee, nor am I connected to that company in any way. The app just does what it says it will do, and does not confuse thing by giving you a higher rate, but then charging fees, and I like that. (Sometime the app even gives a better rate than exchanging money with the Forex & Northern guys in Sabo - Ibadan.)
