Hello Guys... So my page was hacked yesterday via Facebook Business Manager. A Facebook profile with the name "Emily Smith" messaged me for adverts and that we should work via Business Manager. It seemed legit cos the link I got was a legit Facebook link(I still have the link) so I felt there was nothing to worry about. I connected my page to this account in the process

As soon as I detected foul activity I removed myself from the Business Manager which in turn removed me from the page I own and manage. I didn't panic because I have a couple other accounts as admin too on the page so I easily reinstated myself as Admin. I thought that was all and the saga was over.

Only for me to see my page sharing crap videos from other pages and my account and all other accounts lost their admin status.

It's a page of 224k followers and its a huge loss for me. Grew it from scratch two years ago with my toil and hardworking. I was willing to convert it to a business page for a shopify store I plan to start soon.

Please anyone that can put me through steps or perhaps help me get my page back. Please contact me via WhatsApp 08135695575.

Have you tried reporting the page to facebook?

I've done all of that. Facebook hardly respond to those messages.
