We are talking about numbers not one man squad, learn learn!

There are four or five major market and trade centers in Lagos, namely; Idumota, Trade Fair/Balogun/Auto-Parts, Alaba Intl Market (featured many times on CNN & Aljazeera), Ladipo Spare Parts Market, Ikeja Computer village, and one other one for building materials at Apapa & Orile, and 70 - 80% of these markets are owned and dominated by Igbos!

Go to Lekki from phase 1 - 2, to Lekki County Gardens to Nycon Town to Queens Street to even Banana Island, Igbos are the majority owners of lands and properties in these choice areas of Lagos.

Go to Amuwo Odofin, Igbos have developed swamps into amazing estates, from Okota stretching towards Festac its now an Igbo city looking like Ikoyi.

Where do I start or end

20 - 35% of the tall buildings in Victoria Island is owned by Igbos, I can name them for you because I have classified info, so what are trying to argue for

Dangote might be the richest man, but Igbos as a single tribe have the highest number of millionaires in the whole of Nigeria, you know the truth.

One Iroko does not make a forest. Dangote is one Iroko, same with few Yoruba billionaires, but wealth is spread across all Igbo families and communities.

That's why Igbos don't worship one rich person cos every family or community in Igbo land have their own Iroko wink

Una don start again....Igbos and delusions of grandeur. it's in your DNA. Let's keep this very civil.

Have you ever been to the Land bureaus to check the ownership of C/Os in Lagos? Let's start from there first

since 2015, no one was talking about this "no man's land" of a thing, ur politicians and some miscreants just brought up the topic to cause commotion in Lagos and turn Yoruba and Igbo against themselves. As u can see, even those Yoruba people who supported Agbaje as of last year have decided to vote for Sanwo Olu all because of hate towards the Igbo which was propagated by tribal bigots in Yoruba land. You all should remember that whether u uplift Agbaje or humiliate Agbaje, he is still ur brother and son and it has no effect on any other ethnic group, u people are only doing yourselves.
Sine you knew Yorubas are doing themselves, How is it Igbos problem, Abia is there, dirty, slums everywhere.Instead of you to focuse on your problems, you and your tribe carries Yoruba's matter on your head like slaves. Nonsense

Which everyone? The problem Ndigbo have had with the northerners since 1970 is mainly about religion and it rarely occurs. The problem Yoruba have with Igbo is envy, simply envy. U guys develop envy not just towards Igbo alone but towards other ethnic groups.

Envy? grin

After the war, you returned to find your homes in the Southwest intact while you were not so lucky in other regions.

Why would Yorubas envy you people? On what basis? The wealthiest persons in Africa are mostly Yorubas with investments scattered everywhere and headquartered in Lagos.

Typically, Yorubas like office jobs, which is why they may be few in business in comparison with Igbos and Hausas. If Yorubas were envious of what you have accumulated, they would have taken possession of the properties you left behind while running back home months before the civil war.

This is was not the case even among your own people. One Igbo would take over another Igbo's house and refuse to leave even when the rightful owner came by.

Before you accuse us of envy, you should first look at your kinsmen. Stop projecting your envy on Yorubas. Yorubas are almost carefree and would not envy you because of business or landed properties.

For your mind you know Lagos more than us abi ? And you know history of all settlements in Lagos as well?

Any Ibo man that has land property in Lagos is definitely making money in Lagos and should never misuse the opportunity by looking for the downfall of your host. Taking our lenient for stupidity by calling us cowards is getting to extinction soon.

I only feel for those peaceful IBO who hav business that worth millions of naira in Lagos and other SW regions bcs am not sure they ar aware about the drum of war that online Ibo are stirring up

Nothing to expect in Lagos as Agbaje is chopping it raw.
Infact the margin APC will use to win this time will be unprecedented.Even if PDP win 2 seats in State Assembly, they should just thank God.

Except if APC rigs it all the way through, PDP would definitely have not less than 5 seats in the House.

This discussion is about INEC governorship election result which I believe most of us are very very much interested in not this tribal ranting.

If you feel you are developing a place and they are not grateful, then talk sense to yourself and your tribesmen to develop your of place of origin. Instead of claiming ownership of everywhere claimable. If you chose to paint your neighbors house rather than yours, that doesn't make you the owner of the building.

As for landowners, it is better to have capital inflow to your region from all avenue rather than rely on yourself alone .

Also you don't need to engrave your name on the walls of your house before people know it is yours.

Hatred brings forth no good fruit, we think we are destroying Nigeria but forgetting we are the NIGERIANS.

Many myopic people don't know that outside the shores of Nigeria they dont see no Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Fulani, Edo, Itsekiri, Ibibio man, all they see is a Nigerian.

On a serious note Seun I think is high time you do something about this Igbo vs Yoruba nonsense battle on nairaland. Almost every political thread on nairaland is either a fight or name calling like Afonja or ipigs.
This is becoming very irritating and disgusting, and those of you calling eacother various names, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Some section claimed to be developers and some claimed to be sophisticated students. Take a good look around yourselves and tell me how your development mentality and educational sophistication has helped your countries.
People that ruled over your fathers before you were born are still the one ruling you currently. Even when they die, their kids will continue from where their fathers stopped . They will rule over your unborn children. Yet you are all here claiming rubbish.

Igbos are only interested in Lagos politics simply because Igbos are the number 1 business and investment owners in Lagos, so they ought to be concerned about the politics and policies of Lagos because it affects their livelihood in Lagos.

Majority of Igbos don't care about politics in other southwest states like Oyo, Ondo, Ogun, Ekiti and Osun.

When Yorubas shut Igbo people complaining that Rochas is a failed governor and Yorubas who don't live in IMO or own a single plot of land in Imo say Rochas is the best governor in Southeast just because he belongs to your witches & wizards party of broom sucking demons, that is not pocknosing or interfering, but when Igbos who are the second majority tribe living in Lagos air their opinion on who they wish to win Lagos election, Yoruba tribal urchins online start to turn in their living graves, kwantinu undecided

So stop disturbing the webspace with chasing shadows, nobody care about your politics okay, so go and sit down one place Olatunji undecided

Can someone update us with what's happening in Imo state pls
