The rule is if the margin between the top two candidates are less than the total number of cancelled or void votes, the elections should be declared inconclusive and a rerun organised. The electoral act is clear on this naw... So why are we bringing up a case that somebody wants to rig?

I have no idea, I would check that out later today. But if it's true, the loser can head to court, he has a case.
