Gone are the days when one would get a Payoneer card shipped to one for FREE. Because they have shipped many cards for FREE that are not used or dumped for their yearly fee of say 30$ to be charged, they now ship cards once you get at least 30$ into it from any of their partners.

Most people have issue with getting the 30$ complying with their terms into it. One of the easiest ways to get that done is apply for UK, Germany or Canadian bank account from them and add it to related PayPal account. Then fund the PayPal account & withdraw the fund to the bank account from them.

USA, UK, UAE etc. As a matter of fact, all the countries PayPal account but make sure you have little money on it and you cannot one card on more than one account.

Yes! Funds withdrawn from PayPal to Payoneer is accepted .

not accurate. Last month I received my payoneer master card via regular mail. Once you start receive payments in your payoneer account you are eligible to apply and receive the card either via regular mail or expedited shipping.

The somehow that I included is pointing to the fact that one must have at least 30$(mainly for yearly maintenance fee) from selected sources before they will agree to ship the card.

That wasn't like that before that they ship for free either you have money in your account or not.

I cant say because I placed a reorder for about 4 times since 2017 since my first order back in 2017 wasn't delivered . This year again I placed another reorder around April and it arrived in may.
