Please help me look at this coupon (6TV8-QG6NU-D-HTRT) and tell me how a stake of #1,998.36 (#2000) will win #187.74.
Their customer care could not give any reasonable answer just that it's how the computer calculated it. I think this is theft and should be addressed hopefully.

Yeah, i placed a bet that 11 games will play out and it did but don't know how they came about that amount as my winnings

You didnt bet using accumulator, it seems you placed a bet using combination such as out of 6 games on the coupon let 3 games enter...because Its saying maximum win potential and minimum win potential. if that's the case then you are in a situation whereby the entire game did not enter, which reduced the maximum win potential and games that won turned out to be the ones with the small odds... Thus giving you the minimum win potential.

OK...now can you explain as I correctly predicted 11 games to enter out of 14 and them giving me the minimum...why is there now a maximum plus there are odds of 1.75, 1.50 that entered as well...in other words how can I stake 2000 and win 187...how was that gotten even using the minimum win

Well I don't know if you did a Yankee or Dixie or one of the other type of combination. But the stake is 142 for every combination , so let's assume that the combination you did had 20 doubles inside... That's they pair 2 games each, even at that rate of loss I don't think it should add up to that small winning.... That small winning can only come as a result of if 6 games lost...
Because your failing g odds were 1.57 1.32 and 1.45... While the winning odds were 1.27 1.18 1.75 1.27 1.37 1.40 1.23 1.19 1.45 1.24 1.42..
