the passport upload is a very crazy task on its own. since 6am and it went through just about two hours ago. let me share the method i used

1.snap your white background passport with a camera or phone, setting the frame to 1:1
2. then send it to your laptop or pc and open with paint
3. when in paint, reduce the percentage of the picture and save till the size is lower than 200kb
4. after all that then click on resize and select "pixels" then uncheck ''maintain aspect ratio'' and enter 600 in the two spaces provided
5. save

I used this method and it worked for me

don't worry it will work jus leave ur photo size as 600x600 is d site maybe traffic. I experienced d same tin but later worked. as matter of fact I used a phone to register

I suggest U give it time, try in the night too, U just might be successful. I signed up with 3 different email accounts before I could succeed.

Did u upload any professional certificate? I cant seem to be able to add details of my professional certificate let alone upload the certificate

After so many trials, my photo uploaded after i converted to png. You all can try convert yours too...

Well i have checked the code the guys used to develop the application and there is a bug on it.
I have also sent them an email with the correction.

I also have the problem of uploading documents, I have gone through the code and realized that the programmer did not put the code to remove the modal.

Also there is an error with the PHP part of the website that kept the session, it seems there is an error on the session name or session duration.


But all in all the application is a 5/10.

You have to resize the photo according to the required size
You can search for reduce files online and use to to do the necessary reductions

Use another email and make sure the job title you are applying for shows this time. It happened to me so I had to start afresh with a new email.
