He should tender his resignation because they didn't notice the building was damaged or they should have forced people out? Put blame where its suppose, if the government tries that then you will see some naked women demonstrating and saying they were chased out of their homes.

We Nigerians should learn, don't be quick to put blame on the government, they are human like you. You can't use the developed countries where the smell of gas leak can cause the evacuation of a whole town, try it in Nigeria and the next day some pro-group will appear and mask everything political agenda.
