Southern African countries are doing well in terms of development and democracy. in Africa 5 most developed countries are from southern Africa.

Botswana population is 2.92 million. but population is not an excuse because other countries they are doing well with large population, e.g USA, china, etc.

yes, the southern countries are more developed, stable, no wars like bokoharam. they maintain their buildings unlike Nigeria where buildings keeps collapsing.

west african countries are poor, fights, religion fights, tribal fight, not supporting anything of their own like soccer, movies, music.

Population of china and usa are more than of Nigeria but they are developed than nigeria.

A good number of their medical personnel are Nigerians .
If you visit winners' chapel Gaborone ,you will think you are in Nigeria.

You should not try to compare a disciplined, hard working patriotic Chinese or American with the barely literate superstitious workshy unpatriotic Nigerian striving to get money at any cost.Huge numbers would stretch resources and promote social problems especially in barely civilized countries like Nigeria. Chinese civilization is more than a thousand years old.

I don't agree with you. Our government is doing poorly. Systems and institutions are not working in Nigeria. Tribalism and religious bigotry is something else down here.

The truth of the matter is Numbers don't say anything, a country can do well with big or small population. Nigeria can also do well, if it's people are working hard like Botswana people or South African People.
