In Genesis 1:26, God the creator asked the heavenly host to create Man in his image. God's image. He did, and that man was Adam.

So we are physical expressions of God. It is therefore in order that, this same creator God was made manifest in the form of Jesus Christ physically .

Jesus Christ is God Almighty, and if you don't believe this, you will die in your sins

8 Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”

9 Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?

10 Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work.

16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

Where in all these scriptures quoted above, is Jesus Christ described as Almighty God?

Colossians 1:15

“Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:”

The scriptures describes Jesus Christ as the firstborn of every creature. There is no way Jesus Christ can be Almighty God. He is mighty God instead.
