Download photo resize and photo converter.
Use The converter to convert the photo to jpeg or pnj. Then use the resized to resize (custom resizer) to 600x600pixel. You can also crop the pic with the resizer to just below your chin and just above your head. My background was off-white though. But after all this, make sure the size isn't more than 200kb. When you think you've achieved all these, try again when the network is less congested.

Off-white means near white, not other colors.

White or dirty white background.. if its still not uploading, check d format of d passport.. if its not uploading crop it a little from d bottom ( from d chest side) good luck

Nothing seems to be working.

This passport wahala, how can one overcome it? Even after following the instructions, it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?

Finally, was able to upload passport successfully. Used a converter and resize. Colour was off-white.

I went to a studio to take a passport photograph, and I told them I want size 600*600...after taking the picture, I collected the soft copy.. I then downloaded image size app from playstore, I then used the app in setting it to 600*600...and 5*5 CM... Though after doing that, it was now showing that blue stuff, and it will be taking time.. Though I kept on uploading it, till it finally accepted it

for those with passport issues,try this

take a selfie, make sure the background is white or close to write.

make sure your phone is close to your face for the selfie.

crop the picture crop just above your head, and just below your jaw so that your face occupies at least 50% of the whole picture.

resize the cropped picture to 530x580 .

for me..... I improvised ....i uploaded another certificate.... I can't come and kee myself.... Afterall application is free

since Saturday midnight ... I was able to complete and submit my application this Sunday morning .......

For the passport......
The passport size for my own was 450 by 450.......


600 by 600 refused to upload even when it was 49kb....... I can't come and kee myself ....i just Kukuma submit am like that

I have uploaded passports with lower sizes of 70kb and 50kb, but it just kept saying processing image quality definition and that's where I am stuck.

If you have Photoshop or can get anyone to help you, let them resize it to 600x600 pixels. The full photo should show your FACE more. That's the trick.

However you do it, show your face more...

Please, how long did it take you to upload once you got the correct image? And will it still write that 'processing image quality' of a thing?
