For the masses election has come and gone but to political strategists, scheming for the next election starts...Who then are the front warriors and what does the political clime at the moment tells us..

Pastor Osinbanjo, Tinubu, Kwankwanso , Peter Obi , Tambuwal and others..

The chess game began with the INEC declaration of 6 states inconclusive , to state this fact clearly, the order didn't come from Buhari, with his 2nd term assured, the president cares less of what happens afterwards, to him , its retiring peaceful in Daura and will never risk anytime to jeopardise that..
For example if he influence this 6 states of the north , the people of the north will definitely do everything to hunt him down in the future with another presidency so to be on safe side, Buhari kept mute..

Osibanjo and Tinubu on their part knew this gubernatorial will be a solid foundation for their bid in 2023, if you notice how the VP flew to Akwa ibom and Delta to make sure APC get one of those states without paying attention to the northern states, now their strategy is just hanging on a piece of thread..

If PDP wins this vital states , then its over for Osibanjo or Tinubu's ambition for 2023, why ? Because pdp controlling Kano, Sokoto, Rivers, Adamawa, Benue , Oyo and with the good record they have in south, will do everything necessary to win 2023 even it means giving it to the north..

Osibanjo and Tinubu are working so hard for these re runs , no wonder Buhari refusing to see Adamawa and Bauchi governors but was seen by Osibanjo..The truth is that APC has already paired Osibanjo with El rufai but this plan is so much leaking at the moment with pdp becoming stronger in state levels and thats why APC must , i repeat must win these re runs ...Another move to be expected by Tinubu and Osibanjo will be trying to draw SS to their side, how they will do this, no one knows but time will tell..

As for Kwankwanso and peter obi , both will be in a very strong position for 2023 presidential bid in pdp especially if these re runs goes in favour of PdP, the north will take advantage and attempt to play on the emotions of the south which shouldn't be while Peter obi will try to clinch the ticket, moving Anambra state his state back to Pdp will be the last battle he will fight to show his readiness.. One easily notice how hard he worked for IMO to go back to Pdp..

In all these, the south should unite and project a common agenda towards positive governance for fatherland..There is no future for this country if southerners are divided among themselves..

My little advice to APC, regional or tribal politics will never help at a long run, Pdp will beat you and that will be the end of you and this is not what the country need now, we need 2 strong political parties to move this nation forward.. So APC try inclusive poitics , whether they are ibo or Niger delta, they should still be strong part of the party, thia makes ut more national appealing..

Nice write up...... APC will betray enough of people all in the name of 2023.... enough of APC members will decamp to PDP before 2023..... PDP might likely present kwankwanso as their candidate..... While in APC they will be dilemma because of Elrufai osinbajo Tinubu ambition.... so I see the fight in APC starting from now

Cut the chase, we all know who will receive the wrath of our PVC. It is a very pregnant statement. I expect them to receive sense.

the master stroke that will happen in 2023 is if pdp zone their presidency to the north. which they may likely do. That is , if they present atiku as the flag bearer, he will still pull the same massive support from the south east and to some extent south south if he picks his deputy from these zones, afterall the SW is geared up to produce the next presidential candidate in APC, hence returning power to the north after their 8yrs, so the SE and SS do not have any chance in APC. so there must be a trade off. the SE /SS will weigh their options, vote APC SW and power returns to the north after 8yrs or vote PDP and maybe Atiku who is more detribalized and from the north with an offer of VP? which will make it easier for power to get to the SE/SS. 2023 may mark the end of APC at the helm of affairs with what may play out. those angling for a Sw presidency in 2023 should think twice. the igbos may likely give the north a second chance as a trade off. And i dont think the north would reject such an offer by not voting their kinsman in 2023. no mater what. because it is not likely that they would be better off after buharis 8 yrs presidency, if they are not better of in the first four years, i dont see any magic he would do, besides there no plans as to the strategy he would use to improve on their well being. i think the SW maybe alone in 2023.

Kwankwaso pairing Peter Obi.

Osinbajo/ Fashola shouldn't stressed themselves about campaigning.. Walkover

These people are afraid of SW that they never bother to contest the presidency? Are they no longer a Nigerian?

I Might Be Wrong But I DonT Think SW Would Want To Do Anything With EL RUFAI, If You Know You Know, SW Eyes Don Open So APC/PDP Must BUCKLe Up To Find Better CanDiDateS, SW Don Wise Up, They Had The Low Turn Out In The Last Elections, Most SW VOTERS Went For ATIKU Cos He Was The Only Option But Not The Best Candidate. And You CanT Even Trust Anyone Both Parties Might Even Bring Up People From The North As Their Presidential Candidates,

If PDP makes d mistake of taking Igbo as VP again, they will lose. The truth is nobody can win without the north, and the north don't like Igbo. Just as Igbo dont like north

Don't make the mistake of thinking because a particular party rules in a state guarantees victory for it's presidential candidate. We saw Atiku winning in Apc controlled states and Buhari winning in pdp controlled states. What will count in 2023 is the credibility, popularity, antecedence and general acceptance of the candidates of the parties not the state's they control.

Bro Nigeria politics is dynamic, in 2015 Kano defected to APC with other states, the north wants to power to return to the north at all cost so was very easy for the APC to win..

2023 is still on the same reasoning, many northerners will love the power to remain in the north, Kwankwanso is not the best but if he wins PDP ticket, its all over for APC in Nigeria politics..

Mind you, i don't want only 1 party system in Nigeria but APC must do everything in its power to accomodate other regions.. My candid advise is Zone your ticket to SE, this my brother is the right thing..

How then can APC be a national party, trust me there are still people from SE and SS in APC , we are talking about national unity which will only move the nation forward, division will keep Nigeria going in a circle..

Left for me, the 6 regions should produce presidency turn by turn on a 6 year term..

Yet they voted massively for Atiku which Buhari rigged.

Yet 9 years after the war, they voted for Shagari/Ekwueme.

Console yourself, SW 2023 can never happen.

When Apc was still united

The man at the center of Apc is not contesting again

Now u will see real game of thrones starting from senate leadership

U think everybody in Apc will back osinbajo

How grip is Apc hold on SW even Tinubu can't pull 70% in SW if u put him on the ticket

If power will return to SW

Entire South must come together

Cuz I see kwankwaso bagging pdp's ticket

The stuff he's pulling in kano just outta of the world

I understand what you mean brother. Bit I do not see a Kwankwanso ticket as a good one for the pdp. What is happening in kano is simply voter apathy. Most of the pple stayed away from the PUs. The win margin is too small to make any significant conclusion for the red cap god. Just try to imagine what it would have been had the ganduje video not emerge.
