I have a question. Did the offer mail explicitly state training school? Did you just receive another offer letter apart from the one sent on Tuesday?

Documentation mail stated the date and venue for TS..while offer letter mail stated acceptance/rejection of offer....

I don't think anyone will send pm if not to get information... I don't understand why you said they are on their own... A better excuse (like not having access to your email) could be more reasonable.

I also sent a pm but you didn't respond, it is your choice and it is left to people to look elsewhere to get information and of course, I was able to reach out to someone else.

I don't think pm is "a big deal".
