The actual problem is that the government sold the idea that living in penury is just ok.
The northerners bought this idea in large quantity, hence u see a mallam from no where erect a kiosk in your street and start selling tom tom and chew gum, listening to BBC on his radio all day! No ambition whatsoever!

This tricked down into the west, many graduates feel and believe it is just okay to study engineering, graduate, go for NYSC, come back home and be a make up artist, a cake baker, event planner or so called mini importation of goods they have not seen before in there life. Some people are ok with selling suya!

The children of the elite were never sold this particular idea, they dont even school in Nigeria, they graduate and come back to take up top positions in different firms operating in the country.

The People from the Delta area get contracts within their kin and execute it, share the profit and flaunt it!
Then u see those who bought that non sense idea come up to start attacking them left back and front.

Instead of attacking these people, rise up againts your oppressors, fight against NPOWER - this is the fastest route to degenerate our educated lots. U keep a graduate on 1k per day while his counterparts is already a contractor to NDDC! It will only take a little time before he realizes he has been scammed for life. All then he can do is to open a blog and start shouting corruption corruption against his successful mates.

Remind me again what happened to TRADERMONI after the elections?
that was how they scammed your parents with 10k after scamming you with 30k NPOWER!

NNPC is recruiting. check out the experience hire positions and tell me if NPOWER experience is needed
you made sense except for the bolded. There are millionaire artists, bakers, event planners and millionaire mini importers, even millionaire suya sellers. Don't downgrade any hustle. It just depends on how it is done. Any young graduate doing any of these and not making it isn't doing or getting something right. Period. But to say those are hustles not worth it? I disagree

you guys dont get it, it is not bout the money!
it is not okay for an engineering graduate to be a make up artist or suya seller or a cake baker
it is typically not okay at alll
they could have gone to learn the trade after SSCE not after second class upper from the university.

wish it for your kids if you think it is okay!.

some people love the idea of just been educated. I've seen some rich kids whose parents own successful biz and they Still go to school and graduate and go back to run their family biz. They could have just learned the family buisiness all the while they were in school but they desire to be diverse in knowledge. So man there's nothing wrong. One who studied engineering must not be an engineer to be successful and one who studied medicine must not be a doctor to be successful.

If my kids find happiness so be it. But its okay for an engineering graduate to be a prostitute, fraudster, and robber? I earn more than most oil workers but its not the earnings, it is the happiness, freedom. One of the reason most of this engineers and lawyers are poor is because this mentality of professional course

What's your problem with what someone chooses to do with his life after graduating?
You see, you cannot shove your choice and taste into the throat people.
I have a sister that finished at the top of her class, she narrowly missed first class but she's full house wife and have never worked in her life.
If your ambition is to build a career and work till your retire, then good luck, but don't try to look down on someone that prefer to become a make up artist after a second class upper. It's her qualifications and choice not yours. That's why it's called choice.
You that has exposure what did you invented?
I know someone working in oil company that quit to start his own business and I know another that quit banking sector to flaunt his own printing business.

Fyi, I aint looking down on no hustle, but for most of the graduates as per Nigeria, it was never their choice, rather a case of doing the available since the desired is not available.

Reason I’m not even going to bother about this lies is cos The main propagator of this fake news is known all over other credible social media platforms as a peddler of lies. Always looking for the next big “fake” story to justify her pay from her paymasters.
Girl, you ve got to do better.

The picture of him in white cap was when he contested Bayelsa state house of assembly elections primaries in 2018 before his Dad became NDDC MD.
