You can't edit your book yourself. Another eye must look at it because there are errors you can never see as the author.
Re: How To Make 1 Million Naira Monthly In Nigerian Politics by BookEditor(m): 3:57pm On Mar 17, 2019
So crafting bestselling book titles is a special art. If you don't know it, you don't know it. Leave it for professionals to handle for you. Save yourself the stress.

Your title is the first impression about your book. Your title must be superb.
Re: How To Make 1 Million Naira Monthly In Nigerian Politics by BookEditor(m): 5:26pm On Mar 17, 2019
What are the elements of a good book title?

I'm coming back to give them to you.
Re: How To Make 1 Million Naira Monthly In Nigerian Politics by BookEditor(m): 10:21pm On Mar 17, 2019
So a good book title must have the following elements:
Re: How To Make 1 Million Naira Monthly In Nigerian Politics by BookEditor(m): 10:24pm On Mar 17, 2019
It must be catchy.
Re: How To Make 1 Million Naira Monthly In Nigerian Politics by BookEditor(m): 10:25pm On Mar 17, 2019
It must be short. In fact it must be very short or very very short.
Re: How To Make 1 Million Naira Monthly In Nigerian Politics by BookEditor(m): 10:26pm On Mar 17, 2019
It must contain the key elements of the book.
Re: How To Make 1 Million Naira Monthly In Nigerian Politics by BookEditor(m): 10:29pm On Mar 17, 2019
It should have an element of suspense in it. Something mysterious. Something unique. Something that makes the reader want to know more. Something that makes them want to buy the book to find out what's inside.
Re: How To Make 1 Million Naira Monthly In Nigerian Politics by BookEditor(m): 10:29pm On Mar 17, 2019
It must not be too descriptive.
Re: How To Make 1 Million Naira Monthly In Nigerian Politics by BookEditor(m): 10:33pm On Mar 17, 2019
Crafting bestselling book titles is a special skill you need to have as an author. If you can't do it, let professionals handle it for you.

You can have a very good book but a bad title can ruin your book and make people not to buy it.

One person dragging a thread to 3 pages. Well done. Publish them yourself and make millions.

Your mate outside the country will buy the manuscript and pay royalty to the author.

Good comment. Keep it up.

Well nothing wrong in one person dragging the thread to 3 pages. In fact be prepared because either people comment or not, that same one person managing this thread will surely drag it up to 100 to 200 pages no matter how long it takes. Get prepared.

But remember you said outside the country, not "in the country", so the question has been answered. What happens in another country is simply another country.

It's not feasible here simply because "outside the country" is not the same thing as "in the country".

Thanks for dropping your comment.

Kind regards.

Your title should not be too descriptive. It should be laconic.
Re: How To Make 1 Million Naira Monthly In Nigerian Politics by BookEditor(m): 9:10am On Mar 18, 2019
There are different types of book titles. I will list some of these types here and I'll describe them.

I'm coming back.

You just blindly fall into the trap.

This means everything you are preaching is a hogwash. If actually the sector is as profitable as you claim it to be, you would have been the begging for manuscripts.

In my organisation, there are certain prospects we dive into without waiting for the clients to make payment because we saw a bright future with them.

You even claimed that OBJ made 200 million from his book just to deceive people.

Stop spamming Nairaland, if you are as big as claimed to be you won't be here. Your market is not here, there are plethora of digital options you can deploy to get them.

Tell us the name of your organisation, if you are not a scammer.

Now here are some categories of book titles:

1 word titles

2 word titles

3 word titles

4 word titles

Suspense filled titles

Descriptive titles

Etc, etc.

Now I'm coming back to highlight each of these titles and to tell you my best recommendations for your book with respect to titles.

Stay on this thread and kindly drop your comments and questions.

To be back.

The 1 word title.

It's very good to have a one word title. But depending on the genre you're writing on, it can be very restrictive.
Re: How To Make 1 Million Naira Monthly In Nigerian Politics by BookEditor(m): 2:14pm On Mar 18, 2019
The 2 word title.

This is good too. Just two words. Very catchy. Easy to remember.

The shorter the title of your book, the better.
Re: How To Make 1 Million Naira Monthly In Nigerian Politics by BookEditor(m): 3:37pm On Mar 18, 2019
The 3 word title:

This is good too but the 1 and 2 word titles are catcher and easier to remember.

As I said before, the shorter the better.

I'll still later give you my best recommendations for your book title and other suggestions with respect to the title of your book.

Keep checking this thread for more and remember to ask your questions and drop your comments.
Re: How To Make 1 Million Naira Monthly In Nigerian Politics by BookEditor(m): 7:04pm On Mar 18, 2019
The 4 word titles.

A lot of books have 4 word titles. It's also a good title format but some books that have 4 words as title actually deserve to have lesser words as titles.

Oga bookeditor, I'm looking for a ghostwriter to write me a very controversial book on politics. How much will you charge?
