With $300, Shazam is going to make 3.34 times their budget and that's profitable for WB. Sure it doesn't have to be dark like BVS and MOS but I like to see the balanced and serious tone they used in Wonder Woman.

Heck even Flash TV series has used a darker and serious theme and it worked.

My fear is that the Flash movie directors (the same guys that wrote Spiderman Homecoming) want to turn Flash movie into a Homecoming kind of film.
