Coalition Hails Gov. Ugwuanyi At 55


Enugu Youth Coalition has congratulated the Enugu State Governor and Governor-elect, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Gburugburu) on the occasion of his 55th birthday anniversary.

In a statement released to newsmen in Abuja by the group's national coordinator, Dr. Edwin Obune, the coalition thanked God Almighty for His amazing grace on the governor, saying God has manifested His marvelous works in the life and character of the governor especially in his style and method of governance which shows no segregation between the 'Jews and the Gentiles.'

The governor has demonstrated his firm belief in the creed that says that ''All human beings are created equal and as such, they are endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights; among which are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.''

In similar vein, since the creation of the state, Gov. Ugwuanyi is the only leader who find it necessary to dedicate it and every activities thereof in to the Hands of God and that is why God in His infinite power has never disappointed us in the state!

Therefore, we enjoin the good people of the state not to celebrate the office which the governor is occupying but to rather celebrate the virtues and the idles of peace, love, unity and brotherhood which the governor represents and is promoting throughout the state.

While wishing the governor God's guidance and protection on his 55th birthday, we call on the people of the state; especially the political class to allow the will of God to prevail as Gburugburu choses the team of men and women who will help him to deliver his campaign promises to the people.
