Good day nairalanders. Pls I've been battling with depression for more than 5years now and this already has a huge dent on my personality, people now see me as a sadist, i find it so difficult to relate with people to the extent i can't even talk to someone for straight 10min max. People always complain why i always look moody and worried. I've tried so many profered solutions but all to no avail. I'm at the stage now where my heart always hurt and this is killing me pls nairalanders help a brother Mods pls I will appreciate if you can be of help. |
