Hello learned frds in the house, please need ur advice of this matter.
A lady gave birth to a child for me, she had wanted aborting d pregnancy but I pleaded she shldnt, while pregnant I took charge of everything up till date. D mum after giving birth got admission and left for school, d parents of d lady called me dat I should come carry my child since nobody to take care of him which I did happily.
To cut d story short, d lady now say I should move on with my life dat she has found a new love. Now d parents are requesting I bring him back when I said no, dem say dem go Carry me go court for child tjeft

Question1, are they stoping you frm seeing the child or taking care of the child?
2. Are u really interested in moving on with d said mother

Tell them that dey no born them well

As long as you have a good job and a conducive living apartment and a caring father, you'll win custody.... Shoot we in nigeria

1) Make sure the child is indeed yours
2) Let them take you to court- Onus probandi incumbit ei qui dicit, non ei qui negat. They are accusing you of theft, they need to supply the evidence.
