After a customer has played using his money on the bet account and lost, he eventually got a bonus of N100 and place a bet with a odd of 253.29 to win N37, 994.11. According to terms and conditions of the bonus, the bonus is to expire within 7days but the bonus was used the same day it was awarded to run a long game from 7th to 17th of March after winning the ticket which the Popular bet site confirmed after several tweet from the customers and punters, it was finally decided to cancelled the customer winning ticket online because the bonus expires in 7 days but they allowed him to place a bet that runs for 10days. If terms and conditions works at first, they should have given a warning as known that such customer bet can't be placed within the duration and not even a condition was sent to the customer to know its a 7days expiration... Guys be careful of Bet9ja they've robbed several other customers too.. |

This is too bad.they should have prevented the game from being placed if they knew it must not exceed 7 days.hence there was no indication of that on games to be placed but on days the ticket would be valid. Let him sue their ass and they will pay for his time and administrative fees. |
