You may be right or wrong. JB's shareholding structure isn't clear enough. Mike has two directors on the board, including his beloved daughter. But if he is the highest single shareholder, then I'm sure he would restlessly push for his daughter to be the Chairman of JB Nigeria.

Just make a research of the owner of the 19% shareholdings in the source below then compare it with the 10% (12% now) shareholdings owned the company which happens to be next owner.
