Nobody rigged Kano for Buhari... PMB has beeen winning Kano since 2003. If Kwankwaso contest against PMB in Kano, PMB will defeat him with a wide margin.

you can't rig massively in Kano and everyone including kwakwanso himself keep silent. kwakwanso is not ignorant of the fact that Atiku cannot defeat Buhari in Kano but he need to use Atiku campaign to shine as he prepares for 2023 election

Buhari didn't endorsed Ganduje directly, in fact what he said was "Jama'a ga Gandujen Ku" if you understand Hausa you will know what he meant.
