The Tribunal has discountenanced the application as the Electoral Act did not prescribe nor decline the use of Tables.

A table is thus defined as a body of facts and figures arranged in rows and columns.

2. The reply of the Petitoner are not new facts initiated by them but are simply a response to the new facts raised by the respondents themselves.

The application to dismiss the Petitioner's reply to the respondents' replies are hereby DISMISSED.
