#OsunTribunal says PDP/Adeleke proved that it was the state Returning Officer who cancelled the results in 7 PUs. It says the petitioners also proved that the Returning Officer has no power to cancel election results of a polling unit. @MobilePunch #AdelekePDPvsOyetolaAPC

Hehehe. In this era where the presisidency is arm-twisting the judiciary and every agency under the sun? Watch for what happens in kano, bauchi, rivers and sokoto. If The APC loose Osun and kano with Oyo gone already, it would be calamity. They can't afford it, brother. So hook or crook, the deed must be done.
I swear and they lost imo also grin

#OsunTribunal to deduct 2,029 votes from Apc scores and 1,246 votes from PDP votes in 17 polling units where there was non compliance
So if Oyetola polled 255,505 and Adeleke polled 255,023, with these deductions, Oyetola would now poll: 253476 while Adeleke would poll 253777.

OK.

Awaiting rerun consideration. #OsunTribunal

The difference between Oyetola and Adeleke is about +500. After the deduction of votes from both candidates, Adeleke will have a positive margin of +800. 800 - 500+ = +200 for Adeleke. kiss

Bauchi's Tafawa Balewa LG election results that was cancelled by the Returning Officer comes to play.
I hope our lawyers are taking note of this precedence in relation to Bauchi State's issue that Returning Officers do not have the right and power to cancel election results.

Have the tribunal ruled on the Ayedade 1000 votes yet?
Re: Osun Election Tribunal’s Judgment: Live Update by Indispensable85(m): 3:04pm On Mar 22, 2019
ovadozes:

That is definition of cancellation naa.
Where there are no compliance, the votes are no longer valid, they will be removed from the votes you scored.

The judge's can also determine whether to deduct the results from both parties then declare the New figures or order a rerun in those areas.

I said after aregbesola declaration.since then, courts either cancel and order fresh polls or upheld polls
Because the case didn't weren't the upturn of the election as canvassed by the petitioner not that, the SC doesn't upturn.

You are on point but what I am trying to compare is pooling unit in that decision and collection center. Because in law technicalities need to be well checked.

Let the court declare that openly rigged election cancelled and declare Adeleke the rightful winner and hence declare him Gov elect.

We are just waiting for that pronouncement
