My brother going by the provision of the law in this regard and judging from the proceedings so far....I don't see how Court of Appeal or Supreme Court will upturn today's verdict. It seems these tribunal meant business so far. Should they missed up things then I foresee an upturn in the superior courts

7 applications were filed by the petitioner (Adeleke/PDP), if they can get substantial amount of their applications granted, even if they lose the main application, which is for Adeleke to be declared governor, it will help to build their case if they eventually appealat the Appeal court.......

Wrong comrade, Wike vs Dakuku peterside case on the Rivers Guber in 2015 was eventually settled at the Supreme Court based on interpretation issues. Remember?

What most counsels now try to do, is to tactically present the issue as a matter of Jurisprudence, to get a hearing.......

The judgment on election matters is based on evidence before the court, but trying to argue against the logic/theory or philosophy with which the judgement was issued is a matter of jurisprudence.......

That's what the supreme court will hear.....
