The presiding judge clearly stated he is against that decision, even in case where Dakuku n Mama Taraba won at the lower court before proceeding to the appeal court never in the history as a presiding officer being that outspoken yet those two end up losing at the appeal n Supreme Court talkless of Adeleke that won based of cancellation of supplementary election.

So your dead brain expect the appeal to uphold supplementary elections should not be held in Nigeria again so PDP can win ba ? I told you severally you are not a smart individual, always work with your brain n not party sentiments.

after the tribunal, its appeal court ruling cos I'm sure the apc would appeal the ruling and pursue the case to any extent, even though governorship electoral cases end at the appeal court...however, with the facts adeleke has on ground, it's unlikely that the judgement would be upturned eventually

so who is going to appeal? PDP has no business appealing its APC that will tell the appeal court why tribunal judgement was wrong if the court rule in favour of PDP again, they will take it to the supreme.

So it's APC that has to provide evidence why the election was free and fair

Keep comparing an apple with an orange. Dakuku' and mrs alhassan's cases aren't the same as adeleke's . who's talking supplementary elections here? You are just consoling your self anyway. Adeleke won before the supplementary election was conducted but was robbed hence, the slim margin everybody saw( maybe except you) before the conduct of the disputed supplementary election. Pdp agents had all the results collated at the various polling units, which didn't tally with the figures announced at the collation centre.

Please you guys should stop all this. The tribunal never declared dakuku the winner of Rivers election neither did the appeal court. The ruling was that fresh elections should be conducted.

Tribunal declared Mama Taraba and Peterside winners of Taraba and Rivers election respectively. However, they were never sworn in. Adeleke will never be sworn in on the strength of yesterday’s judgement.

I didn't want to bet because I'm a lawyer or know the odds at Nigerian court before Adeleke but I was gonna bet the dude because of his pride. I didn't mind loosing to him, I just wanted to teach him how to be humble.
But again, if you're in his place now, I'm in. We can prepare an agreement between us and paste it here. Ehhm one condition. That money when won will go to TEHN on nairaland, I don't know if you've heard about it. Good morning.
