Try another charger on it first. Sometimes a dirty charging port can be the culprit, also try cleaning the port

Enugu is state capital and is obviously far busier than Agbani, so its post office services should be better than the post office in Agbani. So just use the post office in Enugu and forgo the one in Agbani

I can't see the "choose update package" in the updater app any longer on rn5. Please, how can one update his phone offline? Any idea?
