only EFCC can help you get back the money and jailed the guy. Go to their website on how to do about this

Are you sure that your coursemate was not used to dupe you?

First of all it is a know fact that no organised institution does that legally. Giving you a certificate you did not earn for a sum...wey no be honorary..

Also, it is illegal to pay for such thing that's why getting the money back may be very difficult. However, if you must try to get back the money be informed that both the giver and the receiver have committed almost the offence. As there would not be a receiver if there was no giver..

you need to involve a lawyer and the police. Call him and place it on record, you have the receipt for the said transaction right? File for recovery of your money, you can also report to Efcc too.

Do you have any proof of the transaction? If yes, then take up case.against him with the Police or SARS. If you don't have any proof, then visit Babalawo or hire assassins to off him. Nonsense!
