Wow! Congratulations. Very funny story grin

You really benefited from this thread o. That's the beauty of active participation here, God bless you all for sharing, answering and asking questions kiss

Model PPR script, this is the kind of script everyone should work towards.

You score 9.89/10. Writing is subjective na, no perfect writing grin tongue

But for giving tips @bolded to "lazy writers" or those who are not men and women "of many words", you get 0.1 bonus mark grin

Because you have the same CRS score as me, another 0.1 bonus mark. We share a connection grin

Total= 10/10 grin

All the best in Canada and we wish you happy landing, settlement and success in your activities

Good evening all
Please I have a question.
I recently got ITA and my passport will expire December 2019. Is it mandatory that I get a new passport before submitting my application or can I update my passport information post submission?
If I can update my passport later, pls how do I go about it
Thanks for your anticipated reply.
You can update your passport information later, go ahead and submit

Please, can you expatiate more on this
Which part?
If it's WES, fear not grin I'm just basically saying make hay while the sun shines. Not that they're actually stopping the evaluation of professional certificates.
If it's IELTS, well that's pretty self explanatory

Hello pls, does this mean that with gift deed, bank letter and no indebtedness letter, one doesn't have to include the six months statement of Account?

If the gift is for 100% of your POF then your 6month account statement is not necessary. All you may need to do is print the page of your statement where the money was transferred to you or a receipt/teller showing the deposit and upload along with your gift deed or Letter from whoever gave you the money.

Yes, you dont necessarily have to submit 6 months bank statement of account when you use gift deed plus your letter of non indebtedness. Just print a page of bank account statement that carries the transfer of the huge sum gifted.

It’s great to be here. I have been a silent reader since Part 5 . Coming out to the light! Still gathering documents against entering the pool. Transcript from Law school has been a headache for over 1 month now to send to WES. Hence, my status has been on hold since February. Thankfully i am also using IQAS and so far there is hope for my ECA report in April/May. CRS is at 449 with IQAS evaluation on my side (as a professional degree). IELTS was done since Dec 2018 with LRSW 8.5,8.5,7,7. I have and still learning a whole lot from everyone here. Congratulations to all PPR clinchers. We are all hopeful.

You can migrate together even if your surnames are different. All you need is marriage certificate

Thanks for your reply, but what if it's just part of the POF,
say like 70%. I'm sorry for too many questions oo.
Thanks

Same thing if it's 30%, 50% or 70%. Just do a gift deed and print out your statement showing the transfer of the funds. No 6 months statement needed.

Congratulations to all PPR clinchers ... may the land of Canada favour you..

Seniors kindly help torchlight this matter.

1. My husband applied for endorsement from Technation but was denied (twice). Does this count as a visa denial since he never actually applied for the UK Tier 2 Visa cos he didn't get the endorsement?

We don't want to answer NO in the statutory question and then have issues later.

2. Is it compulsory to fill a schedule A form upfront because of previous US visa denials? I am bit confused because most of the information on the form are already on the eAPR form and the refusal letter is also attached to the letter of explanation.

Please help.

Thank you.

Please help look into this @ifeoma77 raphrulz

For my wife's application, we made a mistake by filling UK as place of study before ITA, we tried changing it post ITA, but it was not updated. Now conscious of the fact that a uk PCC will be required, even though the exam was written in Nigeria.
My question is should we decline ITA, or a LOE would suffice ?

@Topsm.amen @ifeo.ma77

1. No it doesn't count as a UK visa denial.
2. It's not compulsory to fill schedule A form. That ADR is totally random. Some who filled it upfront still got ADR to provide it again. Others who didn't fill despite having visa refusals, did not get ADR. If you decide not to fill it, remember to take screenshots of your e-Apr before submission. Just in case the ADR comes later. So your schedule A and e-Apr mirror each other

Don't decline. Upload the LOE in place of PCC and that should handle that
