Pls I need help/suggestion(s) on the following questions .

I’m currently studying outside the country and I am trying to gather my documents for FSW.
I served in Brass island, Bayelsa state as an Economics Secondary school Teacher (Community secondary school) back in 2011/2012 and I want to include my NYSC.

1) Regarding the reference letter, I tried contacting my AI and he told me since I was employed by the state, the school can’t issue the letter and it can only come from the secretariat. Begged him to help me make inquiries and he later reported that the secretariat is requesting that the recipient of the letter(I.e CIC) should write to them requesting for my details as a Corp member.
Sent him the link where all the documents required were stated but he’s not moved.
Now I don’t know what else to do and would love to include NYSC because that will increase my WE to 3yrs.

2) Just need clarification regarding this...for example, if I worked from October 1999 - September 2000. Does that count as one year or 11 months. LinkedIn states it as one year.
1. Are there any correspondences or email exchanges where they indicated that they cannot issue the letter to you? If yes, then submit that email or letter together with a reference letter written by YOU on a plain paper, notarize it and add your AI's ID card or any other superior's ID.

If no, write an LOE to explain why you could not get a reference from your employer, write your reference letter yourself on plain paper, notarize it and add your supervisor's ID card. You should also include your salary bank statement to give your application more credence. If you can get your payslips and employment letter, add them as well.

2. Yes, that counts as 1 year.

Hello house. Please I am a silent reader but really appreciate all the help I have gotten so far from this group. I got an NOI from Alberta and I just want ask if I am suppose to declare that my latest US visa was revoked without any particular reason during the US visa application process of my husband and daughter. I had my child in the US but I showed them all my receipts but my visa was revoked all the same. Do I report that I have been refused visa or should I just ignore this while filling my forms.
Please I really need help urgently
Please declare all your visa refusals. Better to be safe than sorry. No official reason for the refusal? Weird.

Hello @dedalove am also a silent reader like you. Sorry am not commenting to answer your question and I hope you get a satisfying answer. But please I want to know how you got the NOI from Alberta, please am interested. Or from any other province. Do I need to do the Ielts, ECA and enter the pool first before applying, or do I apply first? Please the question is open to all. Thank you.
Yes. To be eligible to apply for PNPs, IELTS scores and ECA are required.

Good day all.

I want to understand the ECA process through IQAS.

I got my school to send my transcript by courier since a month now.

DHL Tracker shows that package reached IQAS on March 5th, 2019.

Still expecting their acknowledgement of reciept.

I know their processing takes long, but please explain it.

Thanks.

If you're not a lawyer evaluating your LLB, IQAS is a NO NO. You will likely get AOR 90/100 days from date your courier delivered your documents. The ECA process with them takes about 6 months. My documents were delivered on Feb 7 and I'm still waiting but I'm not in a hurry so I can wait. You may wish to consider the other guys. There's a procedure for initiating a refund on their site

My people good morning o, may this week be blessed for all of us.

Please do I need to show proof of funds before entering the pool or is it when submitting application after ITA?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 7 by ladymarshall: 7:48am On Mar 25, 2019
Yes you should declare the visa refusal because when they do background checks after e-APR, they will find out and it will amount to misrepresentation, which is the most common reason for rejection.

When submitting. But if it is not a gift deed, POF should sit comfortably in your account at least 6 months before submission

Which part?
If it's WES, fear not grin I'm just basically saying make hay while the sun shines. Not that they're actually stopping the evaluation of professional certificates.
If it's IELTS, well that's pretty self explanatory
Thanks, it's about the WES

Really?? What if its lumpsum allowances from your employer or sale of an asset?
I thought the source of the funds just needs to be explained.

With IQAS, patience is key, you should get AOR after 60-90days of receipts your documents

Lump sums or sale of an asset should be backed up with evidence and/or an LOE.

Ok, but what if I have most of my money in businesses and only decide to pull them together in a bank account say one month before submission? Will that effect me negatively, even if I explain?

Hi everyone.
I am experiencing difficulties logging into my express entry page.
After inputting my GCKEY log in details, the system takes me back to the IRCC home page instead of to the page where I can answer my security questions.
I have used a different browser, still the same.
It has been taking me in circles for a long time.
Is anybody experiencing this?
Pls What can I do to resolve this

I don't have the information you seek. Search the thread, there's a dude offering WAEC verification services, he might be able to help.

Good morning everyone. May this week bring a harvest of good news to all of us. @ifeoma @topsmamen @joo2018 & everyone else, please, I need information on adoption. I have a 13 year old cousin whose mum passed & whose dad isn't exactly available. She currently lives with an aunt of ours & I wouldn't mind adopting her.
1) would it be possible?
2) what are the legal implications, if any?
3) would this affect our application or cause extra scrutiny?
4)when can I commence the adoption process?
I'm pre-ITA.
5)what other options do I have?
I'd deeply appreciate your responses. Thank you

Yes, it's possible. The person here adopted her 15-year old niece and included her niece in her application. Also take a look at these FAQs.

It is definitely possible and it won't affect your application. Start the process immediately.
You can pm her for more guidance

May this new week be favourable to us.

May there be a surprise draw this week for pre-ITA people and a torrential fall of PPRs on post-AOR peeps.
