The Rivers State Deputy Governorship Candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), Mr Akpo Bomba Yeeh today announced his withdrawal from the 2019 Rivers State Governorship Election and formerly defected to the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP).

Not long after the move, the Governor of the State, Barr Nyesom Wike and the PDP National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus received Mr Akpo Bomba Yeeh to welcome him into the party.

Among the party chieftains who received Mr Akpo Bomba Yeeh were the Rivers State PDP Chairman, Bro Felix Obuah; Former Rivers State Governor, Sir Celestine Omehia and Senator-elect, Barry Mpigi.

I see AAC as a reformative party. If AAC wins rivers, that could bring Sowore closer to winning presidency.
