Actually this their way ain't fair. It's best they get in touch with the successful candidates and inform them of when they will be invited for training. This silence is just too loud. This recruitment started since July last year.

Aunty vex nah. My homie at 54Marina said April and it's only 1st today. If you're this impatient go apply to microfinance banks.

Y'all should chill. Wema will come but it might not be as soon as you expect. I heard they might consider doing training for conversion staff before training the next batch. Though it's not certain yet. I was told April will decide of which we are in April already. My advice is that you should act as if u aren't expecting anything from Wemabank. Concentrate on other opportunities. May God help us all. Amen

UPDATE

There ars plans at 54 Marina to convert some contract staff to Graduate Trainee as at today. Consequently, third batch may have to wait for them to run TS first. Sources say third batch may be called in the third quarter of the year (July). I wouldn't categorise this new development as encouraging but mans has to hold on and keep believing. Meanwhile, explore other options.
