Realboygenius:was able to format it, problem now is am trying to register my mail on it, says Unknown error and I must first use an email that has been synchronized on the phone before... And I can't even locate the person who Sold the phone to me.. |

koppa:Take it to a phone repairer shop..they will hard reset it using a software on their laptop .it will brick the gmail synchronized in it and becomes brand new again |
