Please I have a boy that lived with my mum for 4 yrs although presently living in my house and work the same place I work presently.
But I had plan of taking him to Tanzania for football but after reading trends on Tanzanian, I changed my mind.
The guy in question have got the following skills,

He can operate a machine in a food processing plant

He can play football.

Am thinking of sending him to Rwanda by Jan 2020,please to be honest I don't have anybody there, but with his savings so far and d support I will give him,can he survive with the above mentioned skills.

How is their rent like?
How good is their currency

Please pardon all typo error and advise ,thank you
