Sir, please I need your advice on how I can go about an issue.

I base here in Bonny Island area of Rivers State and I have a school.


Owing to the level of hostility that has eaten up the indigenes, I was forced to leave my previous job and face my school squarely.


There has been a whole lot of challenges but God has really helped to eliminate them

The major issue now is school bus. For a school in Bonny to survive, the school must have a bus to convey Pupils Because Bonny is an industrial area and where we have houses are distant. In fact, no school in Bonny without bus can see the light of the day but God really helped


Now, I'm so much in need of bus against next session and I can't afford almost 1.2m to get it right now

Though, also planning to put the bus for company usage to fetch me like 80k - 90k in a month and I've gotten a potential contractor for that

I'm thinking of going on loan from bank


But here the issue lies, The school is registered with CAC and also undergoing Ministry of Education registration but not yet completed.

I've not open an official account for the school but planning to do that soon

And the school doesn't have any landed property (because the community doesn't sell land to non-indigenes except you marry from there). The only piece of land I have is at Ilesha and it only worth 200k

How possible is it for me to get a loan from Bank?

What can be the processing duration?

Like how much can I possibly get?
