But am not surprised as most of the electricity are consumed by domestics users, I. E private homes, there are no heavy or light industries here that consume electricity. This is a fact

In Lugbe, Abuja we don't have any regular schedule for electrical power. It can be 3 days off, one hour on, sometimes they bring the light at 3 am, 6 am, or not at all. There is no day either up to 7 hours of electrical power. The nights are dark, or you use your generator.

I cannot verify Yobe state but you see Kebbi, I can categorically state that the state have 24hrs. Infact, only a transformer or feeder issue might stop your area from having constant light. I have been on Geophysical survey projects there for some months now and its crazy as I have never seen light go off in most towns especially Yauri.
