The Anu ( not Anuofia or Anumanu) of a fellow started by bringing into Nigeria foreign cosmetic surgeons to perform surgery on women who require such services. ( she probably was getting commissions on case by case basis.
After witnessing ten surgeries or thereabouts, she felt she has learnt enough to become a plastic surgeon.
That was when the honorific Dr Anu entered her lexicon and became a prefix.
She then set out to cut the middle men ( plastic surgeons) and keep a greater percentage of the profits.
This beauty queen was the first victim of her burgeoning Abattoir .
She did not lose any medical license, because she never had one.
