I couldn't complete my clearance for convocation, i had paid the 15k for gown.

How do i proceed to collect my certificate please?
Complete your clearance then go for your certificate because if your clearance is not complete they will not issue you certificate, you will submit your complete clearance form and valid identity card for sighting before you will be given certificate.

I saw grade on my friend's own

There is grade category on mine. Maybe he meant CGPA which i think is unnecessary on the certificate. NOUN is a standard uni and you wont expect them to be that daft. They may make small stupid mistakes and be very unorganized but i think they won't make such a horrible mistake with the standard of the certificates.

olodo. it has a serial number behind it. which is linked to your identity

kbshow100:
I'm not happy with NOUN at all. I'm very disappointed with quality of the certificate they gave us,
Please just imagine a certificate without student identify number. HABA!!! It means any body with the same name can claim that certificate. There is no where in the academic world that they will issue you a certificate without your matric/registration/identity number.

I'm really disappointed. If any body want to trace that certificate, it won't be easy

Any PGD student in the house?

I would like to know the breakdown of the PGD school fees. Since PGD programs are mostly run for just two semesters, does it mean the total fee payable is just first semester compulsory fees of 35k for new students plus second semester fees of 18k for returning students or does it mean PGD students will pay the 35k twice?
I know this is asides the exam fees.
Thanks for your input.

EVENING ALL

I want to bring our notice to somethings about TMA

Note that this semester dates are been followed strictly, so TMA closes when the date stated on the TMA schedule is reached so pls don't procastinate on TMA

TMA 2: 22nd March - 4th April

TMA 3: 5th April - 11th April

Secondly GSTs is done in a totally new portal different from the one used last semester pls make sure you get your way around the new one and get your TMA done.

NOTE: Most people assisting with TMA find it difficult to navigate around the new GST portal and also it very stressful to work on two different portal at the same time, so it is better you are sure, things are done well for you and the best way to know is to be able to check the portal yourself. Another thing is that don't just ask if your TMA is done try and check each TMA yourself cos one or two courses may have been skipped while working so pls check them yourself and be satisfied with your work.
