pls be strong and trust God to be a better father to you. I lost my father at just 12 years and it made my mum and siblings stronger and see the world in a more different light cos all the betrayers were exposed. but the Lord took over catering and caring for us . Now we are adults and graduates and married. so pls let the Lord Console and comfort you in Jesus Amen

Sorry my dad died same day as yours.. He died in my hands.... I wanted to cry I found water from my eyes I no see, I was confused I wanted to laugh I stopped later I look at him in the face and I breath down.... I just couldn't believe it. It was like a dream was about walking to d Street wen the nurses approach me..
As a man I take heart dat night
Up till now I still felt his absence in my life
It wasn't eazy sha I know how u felt but take heart pls God will console

I hope you have gotten over the shock. Lost mine around that age too, about 12yrs ago though. Everything is gonna b sweet memory when you reflect on it. You have mixed feelings. Anyways, welcome to the club. But I be your senior sha, so respect me *winks*

So sorry dear.

But in all honesty, I keep asking myself why I never cried or felt my dad exit that(over 5 years ) very day he left planet earth. Wish I could feel his absence for just a day, but hell no.
