Patrick Shanahan has told congress already that they can't stop him from transferring those funds because he is obeying a legitimate order from the commander in chief so congress just wasted their time writing that ineffective letter

I recently watched a documentary on Trump. I got to know that Trump has been consistent with his views and philosophy on trade and economy since 1989. He was asked on so many occasions whether he would like to run for office but he always said he would like another politician to change Washington politics but didn't rule out possibility of running. After O'bomber (Obama) administration failure and insults to Trump; Trump was like OK it's time I used all my connections I made throughout my life time and send these people packing. Trump knows US so well and understand the ins and outs of the system. It will take a political tsunami to remove somebody of his calibre from office. That's what the Democrats hope for with Muller investigation. Since he came out victorious (he always does), He will beat the hell out of them (democRATS) in 2020

I've also watched many of his past videos - and boy!! he was and is still consistent. I remember watching the Interview with Oprah with a group of audience, that was so mesmerizing that even Oprah thought it looked "more like a Presidential talk" to her. The irony is, fast-forward to 2019 - the same Oprah now despises him, and most people know why - Because Trump didn't run as a Democrat. .
