Hello guys, I have this Tecno Camon cx, been trying to hard reset it says "Emmc is busy can't format," someone should help me out .......

was able to format it, problem now is am trying to register my mail on it, says Unknown error and I must first use an email that has been synchronized on the phone before... And I can't even locate the person who Sold the phone to me..

Take it to a phone repairer shop..they will hard reset it using a software on their laptop .it will brick the gmail synchronized in it and becomes brand new again
