INEC Gives Automatic Employment To Ex-NYSC Member Who Lost Sight While Serving Nigeria

The Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) has announced the automatic employment of one Mr. Mr Daniel Oluwatobi, an Ex-NYSC Corps member who lost his sight while in serving.

A statement by the commission via its twitter handle stated that the INEC Chair, Prof. Yakubu presented a Letter of Appointment to ex-NYSC member after loosing his sight while on official duty as INEC ad-hoc staff in Yobe state during the 2011 general election.

The statement added that the letter of employment issued at the at the NYSC Headquarters, Abuja in June 2016 was witnessed by Brig Gen Sule Kazaure, the DG.

The tweet reads:

this is just for camera. we all know nigeria does not have the resources and capacity to cater for the disabled workforce. What exactly would he be doing there?

I say dis silent prayer everyday, that any situation that will need Nigeria or Nigerians , to sort out , contribute , or compensate me ....God will never allow it , because most of us only help when things get out of hand.... Had this man not lost his sight , he might remain unemployed for the next ten years....abi !!! , By the way what kind of work is the man going to do , or is this another stunt .Do we have to lose something precious , while serving our country before we are rewarded.....

He could have been a dead man, i guess they looking for who to repair their broken image and couldn't find any except this guy who gat no option. Imagine u tell that lady that was shouting and crying during the last election to come work for inec, she will not even listen to anything, she wount care is on the field room, water or oversea
