The Erue faction ought to be the correct faction, but Omo agege's greed has cost that faction their mandate. Omo agege betrayed APC in Delta state in the governorship election held recently, because he wants to govern the state come 2023, and the master plan was to decamp to PDP.

Omo agege was a man loved by his people until Thursday 07/03/19, when he was spotted in a meeting in an hotel(annonimity) by P.T.I junction with the likes of Okowa, ibori and other PDP caucus in attendance.

The APC at national level already had this info, hence agege's predicament, now the mace thief has entered one chance, as from July, if not before then, the mace issue will resurface, because of his betrayal to his party. now he is in for a very long drive.

A LESSON from Omo Agege's fall from grace to grass:.
1. When u leave in s glass house forbid throwing stones.
2. In front of every pride lies a big pit
3 He who guides his younger is wise
4 When u re set for vendetta, God sets for vengeance
4 U can not discrete the hallowed legislature and expect justice from the just judiciary
4 Como Agege and his likes in the national assembly is a great insult to Nigeria if touts could makes laws
6 Don't make mouth for tomorrow is pregnant. Omo Agrge planned how to probe Saraku not knowing God has already delivered his probe report.

APC as a party will not say anything now. Maybe, after they must have appointed their SP and DSP they will have his time. They don't want to hear; but, SS has a qualified candidate like Agege.
If I tell my urobho brothers say make them stay away from the evil party called APC they will not listen.

The Court of Appeal, sitting in Benin, the Edo State capital, has struck out appeals by Senator Ovie Omo-Agege and Rev. Francis Waive, seeking to challenge the judgement of the Federal High Court, Asaba, which nullified their elections.

Recalls that Senator Omo-Agege and Rev. Waive emerged as the candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2019 general elections from the Prophet Jones Erue-led faction of the party.

However, Justice Toyin Adegoke of Asaba Federal High Court, in her ruling in the case filed by the factional chairman of APC in Delta, Cyril Ogodo, in suit number FA/ASA/CS/76/2018 declared as null, void and of no effect any and every action purportedly taken, initiated or carried out by Erue, as chairman of APC in the state.

The court declared the plaintiff, Ogodo, as the authentic chairman of the main opposition party in the state.

Dissatisfied, Senator Omo-Agege and Rev. Waive filed an appeal against the ruling.

However, in the Friday ruling, the Appeal Court dismissed their applications against the judgment for lack of merit and awarded a fine N300,000 each against the applicants.

Disunity and factional politics within the APC party structure in Delta state is the cause of this Barrister Omo Agege misfortune.

This should be a lesson to politicians who want to cut corners to get to the top.

As for President Muhammadu Buhari, he has his own unique style. Mr President does not fight for his own party men who find themselves in legal troubles.

He tell them to go and face the law. That is President Buhari method of approach to politics.

WITH THE EMBARRASEMENT BARRISTER OVIE OMO AGEGE WENT THROUGH IN THE SENATE CHAMBER BRINGING THUGS TO HIJACK THE MACE AND BRINGINGTHE PLENARY PROCEEDINGS TO A STANDSTILL.

BUHARI SEEM TO HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT GOOD AND HARD WORK DONE BY THIS DELTA STATE SENATOR TO HUMILIATE SARAKI AND HIS FRIENDS IN THE HOUSE.

Mrs Evelyn Ojakovo OBORO of PDP who was defeated by Barrister Omo Agege in the last senatorial election in Delta state will now be having the last laugh on Barrister Omo Agege.

Its this kind of moves that makes me love apc.but omo agege should know that defecting to pdp is a waste, they can only give their ticket to a loyal member not defectors.seems emerhor is the most loyal apc chieftain in delta, let him take over the senate seat

This is not a Post election Matter.... The case started after the primaries so it will get to Supreme court.... Amaechi vs PDP 2007, Uche Ogah vs PDP 2015, all these cases were pre-election matters and only a federal High court will attend to it and not Election Tribunal

Most of the people posting online on political issues affecting Northern States , GT Bank and the issue under discussion are the same people - disgruntled, disoriented and suffering from political mental illness. The truth you have just explained to them cannot be seen by them because they are mentally beclouded.

This is an internal APC pre election matter and APC won the election. Whether it is Ovie Omo - Agege or Olorogun Emerhor Otega, it is still APC. Most of them talking about Urhobo and Isoko here are not from that zone. We know them. They are the ones discussing Osun tribunal judgement and want to die over Kano issue but kept quiet over Sokoto, Bauch and Adamawa. A drowning person will always look for partner

are u telling me that, he will decamp and b handed PDP governorship ticket on a platter of gold? there are more qualified PDP members in Delta Central ok.
