Yes. We're saying the same thing. Since you send in January you should get AOR between 90-100 days. Afterwards, the 15/20 weeks processing time starts.

I'm afraid you can't. He is above the stipulated age which is 18. However, he can apply for himself if he has at least 1 year experience.

If the SoR was what you used for ECA, you can use it post-ITA. People have gotten PPR using SoR

You can't apply with him, Na proper adult man at 25. However if he has another degree (I'm just assuming he has a bsc) maybe a professional certificate, ond/HND, pre degree etc you can check to see if it can be evaluated as two or more certificates. If he doesn't, let him start now to acquire one. He can then claim sibling points from you once you get your own PR and relocate. This will increase his CRS significantly

And if he do all u suggest, he may not meet 440...Do u think there is more more chance for point less than 440 (federal) than PNP.
