hisgrace090:where stopped? How did they stop it? Nobody stopped nothing, Nigerian politicians re same from north to west to south. The betterment of em selves alone. My point is, if the FG is thinking positive towards every region as it thinks towards every region, we will have a better nation for sure. I am not saying our Governors this way are good, in fact they are worse, likes of okowa of delta. Its just like the state don't have a governor with such huge allocation. But how about federal projects in the as/se states? |

Dareal90s:I am from the SS in case u don't kw. I know what m saying. U hardly see any federal projects around. And to say the Igbo's don't buy from em selves isn't true. The Igbo's sell what every other region needs so if they have a port too, ppl will go to their lands to purchase stuffs thereby increasing their generated income |

Alezy:Am sure u knw the reason why we don't have federal projects in the SS, I did my NYSC in PH nd I knw how people over there behave whenever government wants to do any project, I don't blame the government for that, I blame the ppl of SS for greediness, they always look for opportunity to extort the government thereby making it difficult to proceed with any project, same way they do to investors. SS shld be the small London of Nigeria but no ppl won't allow that, at the end they blame the Yoruba's. |

Hotfreezer:SE has oil that goes to the national coffers and shared to your non productive states especially the western States. The rice is owned by the States, let oil be given to the region or even states who own it, let's see if you won't die off. |
| Re: Proposed $134m Ibadan Port Will End Apapa Traffic by Hotfreezer: 2:18pm On Apr 03, 2019 |
luckymaj:You're an ignorant fellow and ignorant people usually die of poverty. Ondo state produces more oil than all the SE states combined. In fact, Ilaje Ese Odo Local Government in Ondo state has more oil than some SE states. There is nothing you think you have that we don't have more than you. Look at the chart and see how useless you are. Total SE is not up to 1 state in the SW. Shameless people. You don't have any useful thing in your region and you're always shouting about. Unproductive barren people making the most noise.

Hotfreezer:You are a stupid person...parasites |
| Re: Proposed $134m Ibadan Port Will End Apapa Traffic by Hotfreezer: 2:37pm On Apr 03, 2019 |
luckymaj:Lol You call others parasites but you depend on others for food. The last time they stopped feeding you, your fathers died of starvation and kwashiokor. Your region is muddy, landlocked, barren and unproductive. There is nothing happening there and that's why you people run out of there every January as if there is war there. Ondo alone has more oil than you can ever have. We have not even mentioned Lagos and Ogun with oil discoveries. So my boy, shut up and serve other Nigerians in silence. |

grandstar:I noticed nobody answered you. The are multiple issues at the port. The opperations are ineffective because the have yet to implement single window like Osinbajo ordered, the access roads are terrible, lack of multi-modal transport like rails, no automated call up system and weak state government that wont impound trucks parked on highway. The FG plans on building truck parks for them btw. |
| Re: Proposed $134m Ibadan Port Will End Apapa Traffic by grandstar(m): 3:49pm On Apr 03, 2019 |
Blue3k:This is simply incompetence and nothing else. There was a road that was badly destroyed by an earthquake in Japan and it was repaired within 6 days! How long will it take to create parking lots for these tankers? How long? The economy is suffering. If it's necessary for government to dismantle some tank farms and move them to either badagry or Lekki, let them do so. I think the biggest problem may be poor productivity at the ports. I suspect that government sees the ports basically as an income generating tool and goes all out to ensure that importers pay the right duty. Scanning every container is simply ridiculous and it slows things. I'm sure the ports at Cotonou are far more efficient than that of Apapa and may even handle as much traffic. |

Hotfreezer:We are developing the SE so don’t get me wrong. But everything in the exclusive list is just to stall the Igbos. This is the case of Ibom deep sea port, approved, not funded. Nigeria will keep lagging behind if they won’t allow certain facilities in SS or SE. Gridlocks will just spread from Lagos to Ondo. Being abusive will not change that. And our kids from Imo, Anambra, Enugu and Abia will keep topping in terms of education and low poverty levels. Federal parastatal or none |
| Re: Proposed $134m Ibadan Port Will End Apapa Traffic by Hotfreezer: 1:44pm On Apr 04, 2019 |
NaijaFutbol:Hahahaha The Exclusive list is just to stall Igbos! This guy is a class act. So, the exclusive list was written just for the SE. It doesn't govern other regions? Funny dude. The only thing you guys are good at is manufacturing, fabricating and producing excuses for failure. |
| Re: Proposed $134m Ibadan Port Will End Apapa Traffic by NaijaFutbol: 3:02pm On Apr 04, 2019 |
Hotfreezer:Dare Nigeria to drop this exclusive list rubbish and see how some regions will develop and leave those who prefer begging on the streets for hand outs. All na fear fear |
| Re: Proposed $134m Ibadan Port Will End Apapa Traffic by Hotfreezer: 5:09pm On Apr 04, 2019 |
NaijaFutbol:It is no more Yorubas and Buhari that are the sources of your problem, it is now exclusive list. Exclusive list is what is making you elect people like Ikpeazu. Exclusive list is what made Aba become worse than a latrine. |
| Re: Proposed $134m Ibadan Port Will End Apapa Traffic by NaijaFutbol: 11:45pm On Apr 04, 2019 |
Hotfreezer:Not my problem, but the country’s problem. In 20 years, Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba will still be causing traffic gridlock at Lagos and maybe Ondo ![]() We will keep running around in circles till we do what is right. The Igbos will always trive. Remember they started all over with just £20 per family. |
