U can also use your waec certificate, ur nysc certificate or your work ID. I have used all these in place of my National ID before at Ikeja post office.

Go register for national ID. the NIN comes out almost immediately and it is acceptable anywhere. quote me for further direction.

I ordered on 24th being Sunday it arrived Nigeria on 2st of April and it's now in my PO (took total of 10 days to arrive)

Netflix, Amazon prime uses Widevine L1 not sure if Hulu does
