I paid for my order and the next day,Tugrow started telling me that my order will be placed after the one month China holiday which will end on the 16th of February.and his website is no longer coming up. See, if you cannot give me update as regards my order or reply my chats for over 2 weeks now. Just please refund my money so I can make refunds to my client as well, Monday and Tuesday is gone already, no update as regards dispatching orders or pick up messages. If someone placed order since October and yet to get his/her order delivered. What's the hope of me that even placed late March?

My package was delivered by your delivery guy, but my goods are not complete. Two shoes were missing, and no belts were in there either. I have tried calling Tugrow, Alfred, the delivery guy. None of them picked the calls. All other 40+ items are complete. Please give attention to this or give a call back ASAP.

It's one thing to face a lot of hurdle before receiving your items and then to face another hurdle after receiving the items.

Placed an order since February. Confirmed the order by his guy Ola. Almost a month to the date When my goods were to arrive, same Ola told me my order was not placed because he claimed I did not fill in some details online. After begging and apologies from them I agreed to wait for the orders to be placed again. Contacted them recently only to be told again that the orders were still not yet placed. I have been calling and they have refused to pick my calls.

I received my goods today.

Tugrow please my husband has been mocking me that you are scam I need details about my goods, it's already 27 days today since the day you told me my good left China I don't know why it hasn't arrive to Nigeria yet.

I have never been this frustrated all my life .. Pablo received my goods in your China office on the 23rd of February, you denied having my goods even when the tracking details confirmed someone received it from your Chinese address. You insisted my items wasn't in your custody even after so many calls and WhatsApp messages of which most times you don't even reply or call back, this went on for like a month and 3 weeks before Pablo was able to confirm to me that he received my items and also sent them to you in lagos..this is after about 8 weeks .. It was after sending the screenshot of the chat between Pablo and I that you agreed that my goods are with you in Lagos.
Guys i started this business transaction with abrahim on the 12th of February till date my issue has not been resolved. I called this guy severally concerning the whereabouts my other goods cos they were two separate items delivered to him, but no response. I told him the owner of those shoes was really pissed with me, i had to refund the guy his money cos i really ran out if stories to tell him. Abraham managed to answer my call on the 10th of April and told me that the last item containing two pair of shoes were missing. He insisted that he will reorder the missing shoes which i refused at first, I told him that the owner of those shoes was pissed already and that I am about making a refund to him. I beg him to calculate the kg of the shoes available so I can make payment for it. I didn't ask him to refund me but to use the money for the missing shoes to clear the available ones but he refused.
Long story short, he paid for the reorder on the 12th of April and his Chinese partner Mr Pablo received the order on the 18th of April.
Today is 17th May exactly 1 month since Tugrow received my goods in his Chinese warehouse, I have been calling him and sending series of WhatsApp messages but no reply or call back. Now its like I will be getting a new story on how the reordered shoes got missing again. Pls help me tell tugro to pls give me the reordered shoes or refund my money I have lost a lot already. I sent a complaint to dominique but I didn't get any response. Pls help me beg this guy its almost 4 months now, those shoes were pre ordered and I have refunded the owner I wonder how long it will take me to sell them now to get my money back.
