TheGoodJoe:Always take matters in CONTEXT. National team manager / coach perspective, is entirely different from your manager/ coach. They have completely different priorities. |

andrew444:I would DISAGREE with you. One bad season and your market value will drop by 50% excluding extenuating circumstances. Two seasons and you have lost 75% of your valua and most of your suitors. Three seasons and you are HISTORY. Without prejudice KC will struggle to get a Championship club in England. He may get a newly promoted club in Europe top 5 leagues but very doubtful. He is looking predominantly for second tier or lower. Two seasons in the EPL and 4 goals is abysmal by any standard. |

Are u saying that because komekn has been talking about him or you have actually watched him play? andrew444: |

Joebie:I asked a question o Komekn no allow us hear word here with that guy dis and that Komekn has always promoted crappy English players . |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 5:15pm On Apr 07, 2019 |
It’s not about komekn. I’m asking you to substantiate that Iorfa is actually crappy. andrew444: |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by andrew444(m): 5:16pm On Apr 07, 2019 |
Joebie:But is he not crappy ? Upon all komekn hype ,he can't even get an Epl team Have you see how he talked about iorfa ? If iorfa is one naija nothing player you go don see how e go talk down of the player because say e no even dey make wolves bench Isaac success is a waste man according to komekn But solanke is not a waste man |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 5:19pm On Apr 07, 2019 |
It’s not about what komekn says. At least we all can always check the facts. If we should put the championship at par with Bundesliga 2 where Collins plays, how would you compare both full backs? At least watch him play and check his stats. You don’t have to disagree with komekn all the time. Using the word crappy for Iorfa is very misleading. andrew444: |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by andrew444(m): 5:24pm On Apr 07, 2019 |
Joebie:Lol Do you think I even Rate Collins ? Yes it misleading But komekn has always been misleading How can someone tell me nacho will struggle for championship club ? Say dat 1 na talk ? Nacho will get offers from small teams in Europe top 5 leagues Komekn is here saying he will only make lower league So now who is misleading here ? Solanke has one Epl goal to his name in 18 months and he joined Bournemouth So what is this dude trying to say about nacho ? If iorfa is that good he should be getting an Epl club . No be crappy players full Huddersfield town ? Should I also add Fulham crappy defence ? |

komekn:So a National team coach will not lie but a club coach will lie. I do not get your point. Simple, Rodgers made a very honest assessment from his words. There is nothing like fool's paradise. |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by TheGoodJoe(m): 5:33pm On Apr 07, 2019 |
do4luv14:No. Nacho should stick to the main task at hand and improve according to the yardsticks of Brendan Rodgers. |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by komekn(m): 5:36pm On Apr 07, 2019 |
andrew444:Because you are being so emotive you have can't be objective. First of all remove your allegiance or sentiment with regards to KC. Then look at how the football market reacts to players in general who are under achieving. There is no sentiment. These are well established trends and the dynamics of the football market. Clubs on an upward progression buy in form players not players not in form or completely lost it. Considering KC current record at Leicester who do you think will buy him. ❓ ❓ What exacerbates matters for him, is that he has no unique selling point. Is he a striker, is he AM, winger or SS. Nobody really knows. Or do you Remember Silimani scoring for fun in Portugal for Sporting. He came for £28 million transfer fee with huge expectations after 38 games for Leicester he has scored 8 goals. He has been shipped to Fenerbache his career in England almost over. Back to KC if you are in the lower half of the EPL you need goals to survive relegation and or shift up the league table. Would you honestly buy KC ❓ Add the context of English football and what type of attributes are needed to excel in the EPL and or Championship. Then ask yourself the question does KC for the profile ❓ for a Striker in English football. Let's look at the Championship, put in mind the nature of the Championship. Norwich is top of the table, West Bromwich are fourth and Aston Villa are 5th. Do you think any of these clubs will have him is he better than what they have or rather can get deliver as a front man No. 9 ❓ But you in your mind you call this prejudice. It's very possible that in a less physical and intense league KC nay find his footing and show his attributes once more. That league may be Turkey or something similar. Benteke is a big brute of a player that is an undeniable striker, he is struggling at Crystal Palace. But put him in the Championship and he may excel or in a team that plays with a front man. Why because he fits that PROFILE. However, that not withstanding nobody will pay £30+ million for him anymore. This is why there are clubs queuing up for Tega Abrahams. Already 23 goals in the Championship he delivers and fits the profile. It's actually much easier for Paul Onuachu to get a Championship club than KC. Why he fits the profile requirements for Championship football in England. Dominic Iorfa moved to Sheffield Wednesday and until yesterday since he joined had not lost in 8 games or nore. He has also scored 3 goals as a RB, in 11 games.Thats quite impressive for a defensive player. Bearing this in mind WHO IS BIASED and UNHINGED with Prejudice with regards to Dominic Iorfa. |

komekn:The things wey you write too long Slimani played in Portugal and Epl is better than Portugal so no big deal he didn't score much in Leicester . Should I bring list of players from Spain that tore the Epl apart ? I don't as it's not needed na Portugal league power you go get Tammy Abraham is good and he is Epl standard ,na him know why him go Aston villa Paul onuachu will not go to a championship club unless money is involved ,just as Ruben neves joined wolves from Porto Now salah didn't score for fun in Italy but he is scoring for fun in England ,so is Italian league better than the Epl ? Benteke tore Epl apart should I remind you ? You are so bias ,as you has to use slimani as your example ,why didn't you use a player from laliga that flopped in the Epl ? You had to use slimani as the scape goat |

Gerard deulofeu always doing well in Epl Is it not the same lazy deulofeu ? After someone will not let us hear word with Epl physicality this and that Komekn will not see such players ,na people like slimani e dey see The so called slimani was not even starting all games at Leicester ,he managed 8 goals in 35 games and that's not that bad as we see it . |

andrew444:First of all this is not about any particular player, but recognising trends and the particular requirements of different clubs and leagues. That's the CENTRAL ISSUE. This particular discourse is birthed because you conclude that comments made with regards to KC is emotive prejudice when it comes from me. Again that deduction is made from a lack of knowledge experiential and otherwise. You have deviated from the core issue. The example given is of a player who was at LEICESTER CITY that's the CONTEXT. Which you seem not to get or understand. That's why the example of Slimani is intrinsically relevant and brings substance to our central theme. What has happened to Slimani mirrors what's happened with KC. Unable to adapt to the required standard and style required for Leicester City. And what the final outcome could be for him. KC should know his particular strengths and attributes and which clubs will complement them. I said over three years ago noticing his limited movement and heavy left foot bias and reliance. That the true test of his ability will be when he leaves City to club that he will have to forge his own way without the comprehensive high quality world class support he enjoyed at City. Because his attributes are very limited for the requirements of the EPL and his club. His market value has plummeted, he is not the first and he will not be the last. However, the longer he stays in Leicester holding on to his big fat pay check, the harder it will be for him to progress to another club that could help him develop his career. Because right now it's Stagnated. |

![]() How some Peeps do get times; following this Thread bumper2bumper, dropping Epistles day and night, befuddles me. Well..... Fingers ain't equal, some might actually be CEOs or Managers with less Assignments on the Table. If not, Some Topics wouldn't have been discussed at all, rather treated as DOA. Perhaps to fast forward the time, some are taking solace with endless, back and forth Arguments spiced up with Emotions and baseless Allegations. |

andrew444:I don't think playing as a striker suits him, he prefers a lot of space at the right side to cut in and shoot I don't like that Ekambi he's one of those dragging Villarreal down, he's not la liga quality |
