Welldone bro...@bolded from which website did you purchase the seeds? Link would be most appreciated.

Thanks.

EMMAACHILE:

Papaya was only a trial. Its still producing in my house but lost new fruits since nobody was around to water them in february. For those who want to go for full commercial papaya production, i say go for bigger fruits variety as the market prefers them. Currently in Lokoja, it goes for N3500 for a dozen fruits (medium to large size).

My moringa seeds should be in Nigeria this week or next.

Please, I so much need the seed, how can I get it?
How many seeds do you really need?
I will send you the number. The owner has been a little rude to me, that's why I stopped referring people there. You can't be selling items and be rude to customers shocked
We don't know how to run businesses here at all.

EMMAACHILE:

Which spacing are you using to get 1111 plants?
A spacing of 1.5m*1.5m will accommodate around 4000 stands on a hectare without a runaway through the farm.

More popular density is 1.8m*1.8m which will accommodate approximately 2700 stands without a runway.

There are higher densities of 1.2m*1.2m used in Asia which will accommodate about 6000 stands though not recommended except you have the expertise to run it.

Are you talking about acre or hectare here? Cos 1 acre is an equivalent of one standard football pitch and one hectare=100 acres, so I want to know which one you are referring to bro.

I have a 50 × 120 land which I am preparing to plant PKM1 moringa

Hectare is 2.5 acres
Hectare is 9000 square metres or 100,000 square feet
Acre is 3600 square metres or 40,000 square feet

Insect Manure At N5,000 Per Ton. Never Use Poultry Litter Or Dung Again

Good day,

We have Black soldier fly (BSF) larvae frass, aka manure, called NatSoil available for sale. It’s an excellent organic fertilizer with chitin that deters pest and thus acts as a natural pesticide. It has no odor and contains all the vital nutrients for plants (see attached analysis for dried variant).

Please contact me on WhatsApp 08176499981 or on sales@magprotein.ng . Our factory is based in Epe.

Price is N5 per kg. Minimum order 2tons. Pick up from Epe.

Description and use.

Our product NatSoil is a 100% organic fertilizer and soil amendment that acts primarily as a rich soil conditioner and pesticide. It is derived locally from the digestate of the black soldier fly larvae. It is rich in essential nutrients such as;
• Nitrogen: 31.5g/Kg
• Phosphorus: 7.9g/Kg
• Potassium: 3.41 g/Kg

Made from insect exoskeletons and excrement, NatSoil is full of beneficial microbial life and chitin – the substance that sets NatSoil apart from other fertilizers. Chitin stimulates the plant's defence response leading to increased resistance to pests and disease, replenished microbe populations and boosted yields at harvest.
NatSoil also has “chitosan”, when applied foliarly, will protect plants from powdery mildew, and botrytis and other fungal disease. In summary, NatSoil is a natural fertilizer and has the following benefits for plants and crops:
o Promotes early plant growth and seed inoculant
o Beneficial microbes for plant growth and production
o Improved growth compared to competing products
o Low C/N ratio that promotes rapid mineralization and faster nutrient release
o 1 to 2% addition rate into soils and potting mixes
o Water soluble and can be used in hydroponics and fertigation
o Contains chitin and chitosan
o No odour
o Not a pesticide or fungicide, will not bring new insects into your garden or farm o Improves soil organic matter, soil condition and crop yields
Utilization
NatSoil can be used in the following applications;
Commercial Use - Farms, Lawns: Broadcast 5 tonnes per hectare. Incorporate into soil if possible.
Greenhouses: Incorporate 7.5 kg per cubic metre (12.5 lbs/cubic yard) of container medium.
Home Use - Urban Gardens, Established Plants, Lawns: Incorporate 2.5 kg per 10 square metres (5 lbs/100 sq ft) into soil prior to planting. Apply 2.5 kg to soil surface after seedlings have emerged.
Containers - Incorporate 15-20 mL per litre (1–11⁄2 tbsp. in 4 cups) of planting mix. Frequency
Applications may be repeated after 8 weeks.
Available in 50kg bags

I admire your tenacity and drive in agriculture. I live in Kaduna, any chance to work for you please? I am a student for now and savvy in social media marketing and research. Thanks

Yeah, lol. The farms i am having are not really commercial size for now. My plans for commercial level farms from 10 hectares more will be later in the year/next year.
The ones i am nursing now will be like the parent stocks for the main farm. I know an Israeli in Kaduna who has a 60 hectare moringa farm. Maybe if he allows, you could learn a lot from him on the farm. He does organic farming and exports his organic oil internationally.
His moringa seeds are sold at N6000 per kg as against the general N1000-N2000 per kg. I wonder who buys from him.

Wow, thanks for this response. Can you connect me with him. I really love to learn a lot in agriculture + find a mentor. And I'll be spending 6 months++ at home for IT so will have the time. If you can put a word for me to learn from him, I'll appreciate.
