Earlier today, the video of a police officer destroying the phone of a Delta State University student which he reportedly bought for N250 ,000, went viral.

The officer who was angry that after serving the police force for about 13 years, he is stiil not been able to afford such an expensive phone, smashed the phone to the ground.

According to an update by the Nigeria Police Force on Twitter, the officer has been arrested and an orderly trial has commenced.

Somewhere in Okpe, Delta State where police is harrasing a student that owns iPhone X inside a public transport.

Says he's never got money to buy a N250,000 phone since he's been working as a policeman but a small boy is using an iPhone X of N250,000 - he arrested him right there.

The first thing the Nigerian government needs to do is to withdraw the AK 47 rifles given to these poorly trained officers and replace them with tasers or stun guns. It makes them feel invincible knowing they can kill anyone who dares to challenge them.

It's too scary especially for young men to know that they are not safe in their own country. When did we get to this level in Nigeria? The Police is now people's number 1 enemy!

People with good intentions need to start joining the police force cos these present crop of policemen are a disgrace to Nigeria. Their DPOs, ASP bla bla bla are all corrupt men without integrity. Criminals in uniform.

Na so i dey untop bike dey come back house jejely, a soldier man was on another bike beside me, he held a long green pipe that kept hitting my leg, immediately i told him" oga hold your pipe very well" , he said you say what, " i repeated it agin hold your pipe well" he was surprised, he think say i no go talk. Instead of him to adjust the pipe or rather face me back, he now faced the bike man that he will seize his bike if he rides close to him again, can you imagine...na so everybody begin surprise say wetin this okada man do you now, instead make you face person wey talk you dey face another person.
